SHIPPING & EXCHANGE POLICY
PRODUCTION TIME: We create your custom and handmade product within 2-3.5 weeks. Occasionally, production time may be extended as needed and will be displayed by a banner on the top of the website and in the checkbox on the cart page that must be agreed upon prior to checking out. We work hard to give our customers a fast turnaround, we know you're excited to get them on your pups!
SHIPPING: You will receive an email with the tracking number once your order ships. Most USA orders once shipped deliver within 3-6 business days, depending on region. We ship out of Southern California. International shipping times vary. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply and for managing this once package arrives in destination country. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
USA customers receive free shipping for purchases over $150 via USPS Priority Mail. Expedited shipping is available for all other purchases at checkout. Please note this does *not* expedite your order production time, just shipment time once it leaves our hands. Please double-check that your shipping address is correct and deliverable at checkout. If a package is returned to us marked Undeliverable, Insufficient Address, Unclaimed, or similar, we can reship your order once the correct address is confirmed. We are not liable for undeliverable packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout. Re-shipment Cost: Customers are responsible for the actual shipping cost for re-sending the package.
REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY: As these are hand-crafted, made-to-order collars, all sales are final. Please reference the Size Guide before purchasing and email us if you have any questions prior to purchase, or would like a sizing confirmation! If you measured your animal's head or neck as outlined in the size guide properly (head measurement on widest part of the head for slip-on/martingale collars, snug upper/middle neck measurement for buckle collars) and you believe there's been a mistake on sizing, or if your item arrived damaged, please email or use the Contact form to notify us within 5 days of receiving your order so we can make it right. If you believe sizing was incorrect, we will ask for an image confirming proper measurement to ensure the initial order was correct along with the collar made. Please know this is in place to safeguard our small business, and we are happy to work with you! If you are unhappy with your order, please reach out to us so we can try our best to make it right.
For pre-authorized returns, no refunds or store credit will be issued until product is returned in new, as-shipped condition to the following address:
